Women in Boxing with Charlene Picciotti who is the first woman to ever sit on the Philadelphia Veterans Boxing Association since it started in 1935. She is the mother of two boys and a medical social worker at the University of Pennsylvania. As the daughter of Mike Picciotti, a middleweight champion, she had a passion for boxing from childhood.
